The original tax invoice has to be submitted at the time of return.
Applicable only on the products purchased from Hari Ganga Jewellers.
Once the returned product is received by us, there shall be quality check only after which the refund will be processed.
The value of the returned product (after deducting the weight of stone, gems, beads, or any other material) will be calculated based on the prevailing gold rate in www.harigangajewellers.com
The total value of the product (only taxable amount) shall be provided to the customer (upto 7 days)
After 7 days, a deduction of 10% will be done on the net value of the product.
If the return value is in excess of Rs. 10,000/-, the amount will be credited directly to the purchaser’s account by providing us the valid ID proof as on the invoice.
* Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the refund amount of the product.
