• The original tax invoice has to be submitted at the time of exchange.
• Applicable only on the products purchased from Hari Ganga Jewellers.
• Once the product is received for exchange, there shall be quality check only after which the value will be disclosed.

a. Any ornament bought from Hari Ganga Jewellers can be exchanged at 92% / 75% on the net weight i.e., (after deducting the weight of stone, gems, beads, enamel, Laak/ Wax or any other material) on the prevailing gold rate. {Exchange value = [ (nt. wt. * 92%) * prevailing 24k Gold Rate]} – for 916 Hall Marked Jewellery {Exchange value = [ (nt. wt. * 75%) * prevailing 24k Gold Rate]} – for 750 Hall Marked Jewellery b. Any ornament bought from any other jewellers/parties can be exchanged at 3% deduction on the ornament purity on the net weight i.e., (after deducting the weight of stone, gems, beads, enamel, Laak/ Wax or any other material) on the prevailing gold rate. {Exchange value = [ (nt. wt. * (ornament’s purity% – 3%)) * prevailing 24k Gold Rate]} c. If the customer exchanges the product for a low value product, no refund on the difference amount shall be given. However, if the customer exchanges the product for a higher value product, then the difference amounts shall be paid by the customer. *Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the exchange value.
